NEW for 2025
We are partnering with local schools to help get dyslexic and struggling readers on the road to literacy success.

Literacy Lab
The Literacy Lab provides comprehensive reading and writing instruction utilizing evidence-based curriculum and best practices for charter and home educated students in kindergarten .
Our aim is to ensure the acquisition and mastery of core foundational literacy skills so that our students are well prepared for 1st grade. This program is designed to meet or exceed the kindergarten standards of the California Department of Education in language arts.
Enrollment begins February 1, 2026 for the Fall 2026

Dyslexia Screening
Using appropriate screening measures, we are able to uncover specific learning deficits, or symptomatic markers, that are characteristic of dyslexia. Effective screening can help determine the need for a more comprehensive evaluation leading to formal diagnosis.

Structured Literacy
Tutoring & Intervention
We provide year-round literacy intervention for students in grades
K-6 from all educational sectors. This service is available to individuals and small groups for both online and
in-person sessions.
Local public and private schools may also contract for this service.

Formative & Ongoing
Assessments
-
Assessment plays a vital role in diagnostic and prescriptive instruction that is designed to meet the individualized needs of students and to effectively support them along their path to literacy.
-
Our dyslexia screener, placement, and comprehensive assessments allow us to determine students' current skills, existing learning gaps and challenges, as well as grade level proficiencies.
-
A report of assessment results is provided to parents along with suggestions for how to support their students at home and advocate for them at school.
-
Once a student is enrolled in our Literacy Lab or intervention services, ongoing progress monitoring allows us to fine tune instruction to ensure steady advancement toward benchmark goals.
Dyslexia Seminars
We are pleased to offer seminars to local schools and districts in efforts to educate teachers and parents about dyslexia, the importance of early identification, and the steps that can be taken to provide dyslexic students with the support they need.

Summer Bridge
The Summer Bridge is a six week program designed to support Incoming students who have fallen behind in foundational literacy skills acquisition during the school year. Class placement is determined based on level of skills mastery rather than on grade level. This allows us to meet students where they are and apply the principles of Structured Literacy to narrow identified learning gaps in preparation for the upcoming school year.
